Refund & Cancellation Policy

At MaxRepTracker, we aim to provide a transparent and fair subscription process.


1. 30-Day Free Trial (No Obligations)

We offer a 30-day free trial so you can experience everything MaxRepTracker has to offer.

  • No Banking Details Required: You do not need to provide a credit card or banking details to start your free trial.
  • No Auto-Billing: At the end of your 30-day trial, you will not be automatically charged. Your access will simply pause until you actively choose to purchase a subscription.
  • Zero Obligation: You decide whether you want to upgrade to a paid plan. There are no hidden fees or automatic upgrades.

2. Cancellations

If you have purchased a paid subscription, you can cancel it at any time.

How to Cancel:

  • Via the App/Website: Log in to your MaxRepTracker account, navigate to your Profile or Billing settings, and select “Cancel Subscription”.
  • Via your Bank: You may also cancel the recurring payment directly through your banking provider or Stripe customer portal.

Effect of Cancellation:

  • If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your currently paid billing cycle.
  • You will retain full access to MaxRepTracker until that billing cycle concludes.
  • Note: Deleting the MaxRepTracker app from your device does not cancel your active subscription. You must follow the cancellation steps above to stop future billing.

3. Refunds

3.1 UK Consumer Rights (Digital Goods Exemption)

Under UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations), consumers typically have a statutory right to cancel a contract within 14 days.

However, because MaxRepTracker offers a complete, zero-obligation 30-day free trial without requiring payment details, you have ample time to evaluate the service before making a purchase. When you subsequently choose to purchase a paid subscription, you agree to the immediate digital delivery of the service, and in doing so, acknowledge that you lose your 14-day statutory right to cancel for a refund.

3.2 Subscription Renewals (Monthly & Yearly)

All active MaxRepTracker subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

  • Monthly Plans: We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service.
  • Yearly Plans: If your annual subscription renews and you forgot to cancel, please contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge. We will review these requests on a case-by-case basis. After 7 days, the annual charge is strictly non-refundable.

3.3 Exceptions & Technical Issues

If you experience significant technical faults that prevent you from using MaxRepTracker, or if you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate billing), please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate the issue and, if verified, issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method.


4. Account Deletion

You may delete your MaxRepTracker account at any time through the app settings.

  • Please be aware that deleting your account will permanently erase your workout history, personal records, and AI coaching data.
  • We highly recommend manually cancelling your active subscription before deleting your account to ensure you are not billed for future cycles.
