Track 11 body sites on an interactive body map, watch your ratios and body fat change, and get physique advice from an AI coach that now reads your measurements.

Status [v0.9.9.1]

Body Measurements

A new way to see the changes the scale hides:

  • Interactive body map: Tap any of 11 sites — neck, shoulders, chest, arms, waist, hips, forearms, wrist, thighs, knee, calves — and log your tape measurements.
  • See your deltas: Every site shows how it has changed since your last entry.
  • Ratio insights: Adonis, Chest/Waist, Shoulder/Hip, Symmetry, Thigh/Knee, Waist/Height, Waist/Hip, and Frame — with attention flags when a ratio drifts.
  • Body fat, your method: Log body fat from the method you actually use — DEXA, US Navy tape formula, calipers, 3D scan, smart scale and more. The Navy formula is worked out from your tape automatically.
  • cm or inches: Measure in whichever you prefer.
  • Measurement reminders: Choose a cadence of 2, 4, 6, or 8 weeks and your dashboard shows the next due date.
  • Free to view, Tracker to update: Seeing your measurements and history is free. Logging new ones is part of the Tracker plan.
  • Full history: A dedicated history page with per-day edit and delete.
  • Off until you want it: Body measurements are opt-in — turn the tracker on from your profile.

An AI Coach That Reads Your Measurements

Your coach can now pull your tape data, body fat, and ratios into the conversation — so questions about physique, proportions, and re-composition get answers grounded in your actual numbers, not guesses.

Your Measurements, Everywhere

  • Calendar: Measurement days are marked with a ruler badge — tap a day to see what was logged.
  • Voice assistant: Ask about your measurements out loud and hear the latest values and changes.

Subscription Improvements

Plan changes made in the billing portal now take effect cleanly at the end of your current period, and the plan comparison has been updated to include Measurements.
