2. Subscriptions & Payments

• MaxRepTracker is offered on a monthly subscription basis.
• Payments are processed securely through the Stripe API.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

How to Cancel:
You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Through your MaxRepTracker account (website or app).
• Through your banking account.

Once cancelled, you retain access until the end of your current billing cycle. You may also delete your MaxRepTracker account at any time, which will permanently remove all associated personal and workout data.

3. Refunds

Refunds are handled in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and UK consumer law.

4. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate information when using the app.
• You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

5. Health Disclaimer

MaxRepTracker is a fitness tracking tool only. It does not provide medical advice.

• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise program.
• You use the app at your own risk.
• MaxRepTracker and its creators are not liable for injuries, health issues, or damages arising from use of the app.

All content, features, and branding within MaxRepTracker are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
