At MaxRepTracker, we aim to provide a transparent and fair subscription process.
1. Subscription Billing
- Subscriptions cost £1.99/month.
- Payments are securely processed via Stripe API.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
2. Cancellation Options
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Through your MaxRepTracker account (website or app).
- Through your banking account.
Once cancelled, you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Account & Data Deletion
After cancelling, you may also delete your MaxRepTracker account. Deletion is permanent and includes:
- Removal of all personal information.
- Removal of all workout logs and historical records.
- Irreversible data erasure.
4. Refunds
Refunds may be granted if:
- A duplicate payment was made in error.
- You were charged after cancellation but before renewal.
- As otherwise required under UK consumer law.
