3. AI Coaching Specifics

  • Your workout data and profile information are processed by Google Gemini AI to provide personalized fitness advice
  • Data is transmitted securely to Google’s AI services and is subject to Google’s privacy and data processing policies.
  • AI processing occurs in real-time, and we do not permanently store your data with third-party AI services.
  • You can disable AI Coach at any time to stop data sharing with AI services
